Petitioner claims to be working as a Mandi Sahayak on temporary basis since 1.1.1997. It is alleged that various circulars have been issued by the respondent Mandi Parishad to ensure payment of minimum pay scale to such employees but his claim is not being attended, even though he has repeatedly pressed his claim before the authority concerned.
Learned Standing Counsel and Sri Adarsh Bhushan for the respondents states that petitioner's grievance shall be examined by the authority competent, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.4 to accord consideration to petitioner's claim, as noticed above, in accordance with law, by passing an appropriate order, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of computerized copy of this order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
