JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Yogesh Chandra Gupta,J.
Issue notice to respondent No.4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an FIR has been registered against the petitioner in case crime No. 2716 of 2010, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 384 IPC, PS. Civil Lines, Badaun, District Badaun.
It is submitted that FIR does not disclose any offence in the aforesaid Sections.
Let a counter affidavit be filed by the respondents within four weeks.
In the meantime, till submissions of the report under Section 173 (2) Cr.P.C., petitioner shall not be arrested. List after four weeks.
