PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call
for records that culminated in the order bearing CDO/RO/345, dated 26.03.2013, of the second respondent and to quash the same and consequently to direct the second respondent to resume supply of MS/HSD/Lube Oil and other Petroleum Products and allow the petitioner to continue to retail the said products without any disturbance of whatsoever nature.
