JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Saurabh Lavania,J.
Heard.
By means of this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing First Information Report dated 26.04.2021 bearing FIR No. 0217 of 2021, under Sections- 7/13 Prevention of Corruption Act, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Sitapur.
From a bare perusal of the impugned FIR, it cannot be said that no cognizable offence is made out against the petitioner. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. It is accordingly dismissed, however, without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to avail other remedies under Section 438/439 Cr.P.C. as the case may be, as per law.
