Heard Shri Ray Sahab Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The petitioners are before this Court with following main reliefs:-
"I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the result of the petitioners of Assistant Teacher Recruitment Examination- 2019 as declared by the Examination Regulatory Authority, Uttar Pradesh on 12.5.2020 (Annexure No. 2 to this writ petition).
II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to declare the result of the petitioners of Assistant Teacher Recruitment Examination-2019 afresh after taking into account the option submitted by the petitioners as correct answers to the disputed questions as detailed in the writ petition within a period to be specified by this Hon'ble Court.
III. Issue a writ order or direction of a suitable nature commanding the respondents to accord consideration to the petitioners in the recruitment of 69000 Assistant Teachers for Junior Basic Schools run by the Board, the Basic Education and grant appointment to the petitioners therein."
A similar batch of writ petitions of which leading being Writ-A No. 4052 of 2020 (Rohit Shukla and 110 others Vs. State of U.P. and 5 others) has been dismissed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 7.5.2021.
Consequently, this writ petition fails and is accordingly dismissed.
