Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the facts giving rise to the present writ petition are more or less identical to those of Writ Petition Nos. 10526 of 2021 and 10528 of 2021, which have been decided today itself by a separate order.
The contention in that regard is not opposed by the learned Standing Counsel.
In view of the aforesaid, present writ petition is also decided on the same terms and with the same directions, as is provided in the order passed in Writ Petition Nos. 10526 of 2021 and 10528 of 2021 dated 24.08.2021.
