Mr.
Mihir Thakore, learned Senior Advocate appearing with Mr. Bijal Chhatrapati, learned advocate for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, at this stage, with a liberty to take appropriate proceedings before the competent court, as provided under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, including filing of discharge application and application for exemption from personal appearance.
Permission, as prayed for, is granted.
This petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
However, it is made clear that as and when such proceedings are taken up by the petitioners before the competent court, same shall be decided in accordance with law without being influenced by the order passed by this Court as well as the revisional court.
