In this case, notices had been issued to the appellant to engage another counsel by Registered Post A.D.
Office report dated 27.03.2018 states that the notice has not been returned unserved. The notice therefore, is deemed sufficient under the rules of the High Court.
Despite notice, no appearance has been filed on behalf of the appellant.
The second appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
