***** THIS CCC COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, RAVI MALIMATH J., PASSED THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER This petition is filed on the ground that the order dated 06.03.2014 passed in Writ Petition No.11788 of 2013 by the learned Single Judge, has been disobeyed.
2. A counter affidavits have been filed by accused No.1 as well as accused No.2. Accused No.2 has stated in his affidavit that the order of the learned Single Judge has been complied with and the documents have also been annexed thereto.
3. We have perused the same. It is apparent that the dispute being raised is with regard to the 7th semester. That so far as the 7th semester is concerned, the petitioner was absent for two subjects in the external exam and absent for all the exams so far as the internal assessment is concerned. Even though, it is narrated by the learned Single Judge that the result of 5th, 6th and 7th semester shall be announced, in view of the absence of the petitioner so far as the 7th semester is concerned, it cannot be said that there is contempt committed by the respondents. In view of the compliance of the order of the learned Single Judge, we do not find any grounds to proceed further.
Hence, the proceedings are dropped.
