JUDGMENT / ORDER

ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 06.08.2008 in W.P.No.1929 of 2001.
At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue of the State of Telangana placed before the Court proceedings No.CC/1933/75 dated 30.07.2014 of the Land Reforms Tribunal and Revenue Divisional Officer, Chevella Division, wherein it has ordered re-transfer to the declarant an extent of Ac.103.89 cents equivalent to 2.2768 standard holdings. It has also mentioned in the said order that this order was in addition to the earlier order made for re-transfer of an extent of Ac.76.38 cents equivalent to 1.5276 standard holdings. The Tribunal has directed the Tahsildars of Kulkacherla and Pargi to deliver possession of the lands to the landholders/declarants.
Mr. L. Harish, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, stated that his clients have no knowledge of the above-mentioned order stated to have been passed by the respondent, as the same is not communicated to them so far. However, the learned Government Pleader has furnished a copy of the said order to the learned counsel for the petitioners.
With the passing of the above-mentioned order, the respondent has complied with the order dated 06.08.2008 in W.P.No.1929 of 2001.
In view of the same, the contempt case is closed, however, with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy if they feel aggrieved by the above-mentioned order passed by the respondent.
As a sequel to closure of the contempt case, Application No.506 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
