The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing respondent-2 to decide representation of the petitioner dated 30.8.2016 and 22.11.2016 in respect of correction of his name.
It has been stated that correct name of the petitioner is "Munajir". However in the final result, name of the petitioner has been mentioned as "Mushahid".
The petitioner has already moved representations dated 30.8.2017 and 22.11.2017 for correcting his name but no order has been passed on it till today.
The writ petition is disposed of with direction to Nagar Ayukt, Nagar Nigam, Moradabad, respondent-2 to decide the representation of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order , expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before him.
