By way of this application, the applicant-convict has prayed for temporary bail on the ground that there is marriage of his cousin brother on 01.03.2012.
From the jail record, it appears that the applicant-convict has availed temporary bail for 30 days in August September 2011 and he was also on bail from 02.12.2011 to 11.12.2011 on the ground of death of his father and mother. Further, the ground is not such where the presence of the applicant can be said as indispensable.
Under the circumstances, the discretion does does not deserve to be exercised. Hence, the application is rejected. Rule discharged.
