Mun Raj Singh vs State Of U P And Others

High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|27 July, 2021
|

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 40
Case :- WRIT - C No. - 16740 of 2021 Petitioner :- Mun Raj Singh Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Vinod Kumar Srivastava,Sunil Kumar Srivastava Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Alok Kumar Srivastava
Hon'ble Jayant Banerji,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Kashyap Nigam, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Alok Kumar Srivastava, for the respondent nos. 3 and 4. Learned Standing Counsel appears for the respondent nos. 1 and 2.
By means of this petition, an order dated 17.3.2021 passed by the Unit Manager of the Rashtriya Sahara, Kanpur has been challenged.
Learned counsel for the respondents has raised a preliminary objection that this petition has been filed against a letter dated 17.3.2021 sent to the petitioner by the functionary of respondent no. 4 which is a private corporation and as such no writ petition would lie against any order passed by respondent no. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner merely contends that since an award has been challenged by the respondent no. 3 in Writ-C No. 23241 of 2016 which award was made in his favour therefore, this petition may be connected with the previous petition.
The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner cannot be acceded to. In case, the petitioner has any grievance attributable to the aforesaid letter dated 17.3.2021, it is for him to approach the court of competent jurisdiction to agitate his grievance.
This petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed. Order Date :- 27.7.2021 A. V. Singh
