JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. 2. Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.2412/2014 of Mathilakam Police Station registered for the offence punishable under Section 326 A IPC.
3. The defacto complainant, who is the husband of the petitioner, frequently used to quarrel with the petitioner and she was being harassed. On 16.10.2014 at 2 a.m., while the defacto complainant was sleeping in the bedroom, it is alleged that the petitioner poured an Acid like substance on the head and face of the defacto complainant, thereby he has suffered 4% burns. The petitioner was arrested on 17.10.2014 and thereafter she has been in custody.
4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
5. The contents of the CD reveal that the investigation of this case is practically over. No criminal antecedents have been reported against the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the present stage of investigation, I am of the view that the petitioner can be enlarged on bail.
6. In the result, this Bail Application is allowed and the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on her executing a bond for `25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two solvent sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the concerned Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, and subject to the following terms and conditions:-

(ii) The petitioner shall not tamper with the evidence or influence witnesses.
(iii) The petitioner shall make herself available for interrogation as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
(iv) The petitioner shall not involve in any offence while on bail.
It is made clear that the violation of any of the conditions stipulated above will result in the cancellation of bail.
