It appears that the petitioner is enjoying ad interim relief from 25th February 2011. Today, even though the matter is listed on Board, no one appeared for the petitioners during the course of the day.
Notice of rule appears to have received unserved to respondents nos. 2
- 5, 5.2.2, 5.2.3, 5.2.4, 5.2.5,5.2.6 and not received back in respect of respondent no. 5.2.4.
Issue fresh notice of rule to the unserved respondents returnable on 8th May 2012. A copy of the notice be also affixed at the conspicuous place of the residence of the said respondents.
Petitioner shall take necessary steps for service of the notices by the returnable date failing which the ad interim relief granted earlier shall stand vacated.
