JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the petitioners-accused under Articles 14 and 226 of the Constitution of India for the prayer that the matter arising out of Criminal Case No.13855/2010 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rajkot may be quashed and set aside on the grounds stated in the petition.
Learned counsel, Mr.Mrugen Purohit for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Permission is granted. The present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
