Heard Sri Amresh Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abhishek Shukla, the learned Standing Counsel.
Considering that petitioner already has an order of status quo, which equally binds private respondents in respect of their possession as lessees, if order is breached, remedy lies before a competent forum, subject to advise.
There is no good ground to entertain the writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
