ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in levying the electricity charges higher than the tariff stipulated by the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission in respect of the petitioner’s Service Connection Nos.C3010696, C3010697, C3010698 and C3010699, on the ground that szhe failed to secure Occupancy Certificate, as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, it is not disputed by learned counsel for both the parties that the issue similar to that raised in this Writ Petition was decided by this Court by order, dated 24.11.2014 in Writ Petition No.35603 of 2014.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition is also allowed in terms of the order, dated 24.11.2014, in W.P.No.35603 of 2014, with the direction that the observations and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.44561 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
