It has been reported by Stamp Reporter and is admitted by the counsel for the revisionist that the suit where from the instant revision arises, is valued below Rs. 5,00,000/-.
Under the circumstances, a revision against the order impugned, if at all, would lie before the District Judge and not before the High Court.
Accordingly this revision is dismissed as not maintainable before the High Court.
