This appeal has been filed with a delay of 138 days.
A delay condonation application supported with an affidavit was filed along with the present appeal for condoning the delay in filing the same.
A withdrawal application dated 3.12.2018 supported with an affidavit has also been filed for dismissing the appeal as withdrawn.
Keeping in view the fact that an application has been filed for withdrawal of the appeal, the application filed for condoning the delay is hereby rejected for want of prosecution. Consequently, the appeal stands dismissed.
