(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE PARESH UPADHYAY) Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court dated 20.03.2012, learned APP Shri Pandya has placed on record the report which he has received from the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Rajkot city, which confirms that the applicant-convict has met with an accident and he is undergoing treatment in the hospital. From the report dated 21.03.2012, it further transpires that 15 days time would be required to the applicant for recovery.
Considering this aspect, the matter is adjourned to 09.04.2012 at the request of the learned counsel for the applicant to move appropriate amendment application. On the next date of hearing, the State shall also report to the Court about the status and whereabouts of the applicant.
