The issue raised in this writ petition is with regard to the inaction of the Registration Authorities in entertaining documents for registration basing on the letter dated 03.09.2010 of the Tahsildar, Tirupati (Rural) Mandal. The lands in question are situated at Damineedu village, Tirupati (Rural) Mandal, Chittoor District.
2 . Sri P. Ganga Rami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue are in agreement that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the earlier decisions of this Court in WP No.11457 of 2011 and WP No.9845 of 2013 & batch.
3. The writ petition is accordingly allowed setting aside the communication dated 03.09.2010 of the Tahsildar, Tirupati (Rural) Mandal. The Sub-Registrar, Registration and Stamps Department, Renigunta, is directed to process the documents presented by the petitioners for registration in accordance with law without reference to the said communication. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
