1. Heard Sri Shyam Sunder Mishra, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. The present bail application has been moved by accused- applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No.150 of 2014 under Section 376 (gha) IPC and under Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012, Police Station-Jafarganj, District-Fatehpur.
3. Applicant is alleged to have committed rape upon the victim and victim has supported FIR version in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Applicant is in jail since 19.12.2014. I am also informed that trial is still going on and had not concluded. Looking into entire facts and circumstances, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
4. Application is, accordingly, dismissed.
