Mr.Patel, learned APP waives notice of Rule.
The present application is for extension of temporary bail on the ground that the applicant-convict wants to take care of his parents and family. He was already released for a period of two weeks and is a convict of NDPS matter.
Under these circumstances, we are not inclined to exercise the discretion for extension of temporary bail. The convict who was present in the court is already communicated that he should surrendered today if the time is expiring today.
Application is dismissed accordingly. Rule discharged.
