Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
The instant petition seeks a direction upon the respondents to take necessary action on the complaint dated 25.05.2019 submitted before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Hathras.
Perusal of the complaint dated 25.05.2019 would reveal that the petitioner has prayed for registration of a first information report.
If that is so, the appropriate remedy for the petitioner is to move an application under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
