Proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act is the matter under challenge. The matter was referred for mediation. It was mediated and the matter has been amicably settled in mediation through a mediation settlement agreement. The 2nd respondent has received an amount of Rs.4,25,000/- towards the full and final settlement of all the disputes. The mediation settlement agreement has been signed by both the parties, and the learned counsel appearing for both parties. The terms of settlement are legal. Matters being so, this Crl.M.C. is disposed of in terms of the mediation settlement agreement, which forms part of this order. In the result, this Crl.M.C. is disposed of as above.
