JUDGMENT / ORDER

It has been submitted by Mr. Nanavati, learned APP for the respondent-State that the mother of the convict refused to stand as surety of the convict. The convict is also informed by the concerned jail authority about his right to file appeal through legal aid cell of the jail.
In above view of the matter, the application is dismissed. Rule is discharged.
