By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 2 days caused in filing Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No.307 of 2011.
Heard learned advocate Mr. Dharmesh Mahalay for Mr.Amit V. Thakkar, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr.G.P.Baghel, learned advocate for the respondent.
Having regard to the averments made in the application, it is apparent that sufficient cause has been made out so as to condone the delay of 2 days caused in filing the civil revision application. The delay is, therefore, condoned. Rule is made absolute accordingly with no order as to cost.
Registry is directed to give regular number to Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No.307 of 2011 and list the same for hearing on 24th January 2012.
