JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate Mr.A.V.Thakkar appearing for the petitioner pointed out that the order impugned dated 28.7.2011 being a common order passed below Exh.5,7, and 11, by preferring Civil Revision Application Nos 47 and 48 of 2012 in this Court, he has challenged the order passed below Exh.5 and 11 respectively. This being petition challenging the order below exh.7,it is desirable that the same may be heard by one Court only. The matter is adjourned to 21st March, 2012 to enable him to make an appropriate application for this purpose.
