Statement of Sri Chandan Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent that all dues has been cleared, is not disputed by the counsel for the petitioner. So far as claim for withheld salary of three months is concerned, the issue would be examined by the competent authority.
Liberty stands reserved to the petitioner to submit details in respect of such delayed salary, which would be duly attended to within a period of three months.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
