Heard Shri Uttar Kumar Goswami, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents no. 1 to 6.
According to the petitioner several complaints on affidavit were made by him and other persons of the village Keeratpur against the respondent no. 7 alleging irregularities in the financial and administrative powers and on that the District Magistrate by his order dated 14.7.2017, Annexure-7 to the writ petition, has also directed the Nodal Officer to conduct an enquiry. Another letter was issued by the Chief Veterinary Officer dated 21.7.2017, Annexure-8 to the writ petition in the same regard. Another letter was written by the Chief Development Officer on 9.8.2017, Annexure-9 to the writ petition, on the petitioner's complaint for submission of the enquiry report but nothing has been done thereafter.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping this writ petition pending.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Bulandshahr to take appropriate decision on the petitioner's representation dated 14.6.2017, Annexure-5 to the writ petition in accordance with law and bearing in mind his subsequent order dated 14.7.2017 as well as orders dated 21.7.2017 and 9.8.2017 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that the court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merit.
