The sole relief pressed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner at the time of hearing of this petition is that First Appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 as the Public Information Officer did not furnish the information, is not being decided.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents states that all the endeavours shall be made to decide the Appeal.
This petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the First Appellate Authority to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order before the First Appellate Authority.
