1. Case called out in the revised list. No one appears on behalf of the revisionist to press this revision. Learned A.G.A. representing the opposite party no.1 is present.
2. This Court vide order dated 05.01.2019 had directed that fresh notices be issued to the revisionist to engage another counsel as Mr. Manish Goyal, Advocate representing the revisionist has been taken in the State Panel. In compliance of the order dated 05.01.2019 fresh notice was issued to the revisionist, which has been served upon him as is evident from the Office report dated 24.07.2019.
3. In view of the above, the present revision is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.
