Issue notice to respondent no. 2. The appellants may take steps to serve the respondent no. 2 by registered post as well as by dasti summon. Both the respondents may file counter affidavit within four weeks.

Meanwhile, the effect and operation of judgment and decree dated 5.4.2014 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No. 3, Meerut in Original Suit No. 1132 of 2007 (Smt. Usha Sharma Vs. Sri Lokesh Dutt Sharma) shall remain stayed.
The appellants are restrained from alienating or changing the nature of the property in question.
