ORDER:
On 05.09.2014, this Court while granting interim order has ordered notice. On 20.09.2014, the learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that notices have been sent and proof of service has not been received. Accordingly, the learned counsel requested for an adjournment for filing proof of service on the respondents. Today, at the hearing, the learned counsel has stated that proof of service has not been filed.
In view of failure of the learned counsel for the petitioners to serve notices on the respondents, the civil revision petition is dismissed.
As a sequel to dismissal of the revision petition, interim order, dated 05.09.2014, shall stand vacated and C.R.P.M.P.No.3499 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
