Asmita V.Patel, learned AGP has shown to the Court the intimation addressed to the petitioner by the concerned officer on which under the instruction of the hearing authority namely K.L. Patel, Deputy Secretary, Information & Broadcasting Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, revisional/appellate authority indicating that the hearing of appeal/revision produced at page no. 69 is slated on 10.04.2012 at 12:00 hours.
Learned AGP, under instruction, submitted that this will be decided right on that day, if petitioner is not seeking any time, and the order will also be communicated within a week thereupon.
In view of this, Shri Gandhi, learned advocate for the petitioner, at this stage, does not press this petition with a liberty to file afresh in case of any difficulty. The petition is disposed of as not pressed.
