Liberty granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to implead Controller of Examination, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra as respondent no.3 to the writ petition.
The case of the petitioner is that she passed M.A. examination from Agra University in Ist Division. In the scrutiny, there was increase in her marks. She was issued the marks sheet which indicates that she obtained 239 marks. Copy of same has been brought on record as Annexure 1 to the writ petition.
The petitioner applied for issuance of Ist year marks sheet. The university has issued her a marks sheet in which change in marks as a result of scrutiny has not been disclosed. She has filed a representation on 10.4.2018 and when no action has been taken on the said representation, instant writ petition has been filed.
Counsel for the respondent-University states that the third respondent shall examine the grievance of the petitioner. The instant writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent no.3 with a certified copy of this order and a fresh representation and in which event, the third respondent shall take remedial action in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within eight weeks.
The petition stands disposed of.
