ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 04.11.2013, in W.P.No.12537 of 2013.
By the above-mentioned order, this Court has directed the respondent herein to consider the petitioner’s request for mutation of his name in the record of rights in the light of the report, dated 04.08.2010, of the Mandal Revenue Inspector, Markapur.
This Court has admitted the case and directed the respondent to present himself personally. Accordingly, he is personally present. The learned Government Pleader representing him placed before the Court a copy of the proceedings in Rc.B.129/2014, dated 11.08.2014, of the respondent, whereby he has rejected the petitioner’s request for mutation of his name in the record of rights.
Though the respondent has not complied with the order of this Court within the time stipulated by this Court, considering the explanation offered by the learned Special Government Pleader (AP) for the delay, the contempt case is closed with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy to question the order passed by the respondent, if he feels aggrieved thereby.
The respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings.
