This writ petition is of the year 2009. No one appears for the petitioner.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking direction to the respondents to accept the licence fee against the shopping plot in question.
At the time of admission on 08.10.2009 the matter was simply passed over to be taken as fresh on 13.10.2009. On 14.10.2009 it was adjourned on the request of the petitioner. On 22.10.2009 no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner when the case was called out in the revised list and since then the case was directed to be listed in the ordinary course. Today, again no one appears even in the revised list call. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing his case.
This writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
