Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only prayer pressed on this petition is for expeditious disposal of Original Suit No. 93 of 1984.
The order-sheet indicates that the suit itself is at the stage of recordal of evidence. No peremptory directions therefore need be framed except to observe that the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Second Jaunpur shall bear in mind the fact that the suit itself was instituted as far back as in 1984. He shall consequently endeavour to ensure that the trial is concluded with expedition and all efforts are made to ensure that it reaches its ultimate conclusion within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
The Court further observes that the trial Judge shall ensure that no unnecessary adjournments are granted to either of the parties.
