The petitioner is disputing the correctness of the electricity bills dated 31.08.2017, 30.11.2017, 28.02.2018 and 31.12.2018 and any other bills issued subsequently.
The correctness of the electricity bills has to be considered and decided by the Executive Engineer concerned. The petitioner has already submitted representation in this regard to the Executive Engineer on 05.04.2019.
In view of the above, we dispose off the writ petition with the direction to the respondent No.2 to consider and decide the objections of the petitioner against the aforesaid electricity bills in accordance with law most expeditiously, if possible, within the next 6 weeks.
