JUDGMENT G.P. Srivastva, J.
1. Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.

It is alleged that on 10.11.05 co-accused Mustfai wife of Jaseena came to the house of the victim and took her to her house where she was pushed in a room Where the applicant committed rape upon her on the point of knife, The age of the victim had been assessed in the radiological report as 17 years The victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has narrated the entire occurrence. It is true that there is no medical evidence to support the contention of the victim but the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C needs no medical corroboration specially when the victim is of grown up age. There is no reason to disbelieve the victim. No ground for bail is made out. The bail application is rejected.
