Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Vide order dated 19.9.2012 passed in this writ petition, the respondents were directed to consider the case of petitioner afresh. Thereafter, by order dated 12.10.2012 the case of the petitioner with regard to registration as Class 'A' has already been dismissed, which order was challenged in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No.57557 of 2012. By order of date i.e. 10.7.2014, the said writ petition has been dismissed on merits. As such the prayer made in this writ petition for quashing the impugned order dated 10.7.2012 does not deserve to be granted.
The writ petition is accordingly, dismissed.
