Mr.Kapadia, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that this petition was filed against impugned order dated 15.09.2008 passed by the Secretary (Appeals) pending the final hearing of Revision Application No.MVV/HKP/BVN/13/2008 (Land Reforms).

Mr.Kapadia, learned counsel further submits that the main revision application is disposed of and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous. Notice is discharged. Ad-interim relief stands vacated. No order as to costs.
