Advocate for the appellants stated that the impugned order below application exh. 33 in Special Civil Suit No. 87/2011 came to be passed by the trial Court on 15/2/2012 and vide order below application exh. 49, the trial Court suspended the implementation and execution of the impugned order till today i.e. 09/04/2012. Under such circumstances, till the returnable date the impugned order dated 15/2/2012 shall stand stayed. DSP.
