(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) This matter has been mentioned for clarification of typographical mistake appearing in our order dated June 16, 2012 passed in this matter. It appears that respondent no. 2 has already been served whereas respondents no. 7,8,9,13 and 16 have not been served.
In view of such fact, we recall our earlier order dated June 16, 2012 passed in this matter and pass following order:
Issue fresh notice upon respondents no. 7,8,9,13 and 16 returnable on July 5, 2012. Petitioner is at liberty to serve the aforesaid respondents at the fresh address supplied by the petitioner. Direct service is permitted.
