Heard Sri Vinay Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks quashing of the impugned F.I.R. dated 22.10.2020, registered as Case Crime No.184 of 2020, under Sections 376, 354-B, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act at P.S. Sahayal, District Auraiya (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition).
The allegations made in the First Information Report clearly disclose commission of cognizable offences and the allegations are serious in nature, therefore, prayer of the petitioners to quash the First Information Report is completely misconceived and is hereby rejected.
