Heard learned counsel for the revisionists and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application has been filed for seeking correction in the order dated 16th December, 2019.
Learned counsel for the revisionists states that inadvertently, the words "application under Section 482 Cr.P.C.", as occurring in the second and third lines of the last paragraph of page third of the order dated 16th December, 2019 has wrongly been transcribed, whereas the correct word is "revision". He, therefore, submits that aforesaid mistake occurring in the order dated 16th December, 2019 be corrected accordingly.
Prayer made for is bona fide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
In place of words "application under Section 482 Cr.P.C." as occurring in the second and third lines of the last paragraph of page third of the order dated 16th December, 2019, the word "revision" shall be read only.
The aforesaid corrections shall form part of the earlier order dated 16th December, 2019.
With the aforesaid directions, the present correction application stands finally disposed of.
