This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the charge sheet dated 29.11.2013 and entire proceeding of Case No. 554 of 2016 arising out of Case Crime No. 028 of 2013, under Sections 147, 332, 336, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Syana, District Bulandshahar.
Learned A.G.A. submits that the charge sheet has been filed in the instant case on 21.11.2013 and the cognizance thereon was taken on 25.03.2016.
It appears that the applicant is not cooperating with the court below and till date he has not submitted to the trial court.
In the circumstances, at the belated stage, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter.
The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is accordingly dismissed.
