The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the suit for partition being Case No.T-20151436052474 (Ram Viveki Dixit Vs. Jata Shankar & Ors.) under section 176 of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 may be decided expeditiously.
A perusal of the writ petition reveals that the case is pending since 2015 and the pleadings have also been exchanged.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.T- 20151436052474 (Ram Viveki Dixit Vs. Jata Shankar & Ors.) be decided within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
